Horrible customer service front desk was rude and disrespectful threatened me and cancelled my trip this place will no longer get business from family and friends !!
Front desk staff and “management” is atrocious and rude to say the least. We called to make an alteration to our booking next month and the incompetent staff passed us to a “manager” who was equally, if not more incompetent. They were unaccomodating and inevitably refused to make alterations to our booking and decided upon themselves to cancel our booking entirely without our consent. Worst customer service !!! I have been coming here for years and I found it cheaper recently online so I called to ask and change the dates and was spoken to disrespectfully and then threatened to cancel my reservation and stay somewhere else and when I asked for higher management I was told if they wanted to speak to me they would I would not recommend this place it has went downhill wish I could give zero stars she must feel powerful that she cancelled my stay pathetic she must of got made fun of as a child !!
The room is okay. The beds are uncomfortable,the wifi isn't great. But other than that it's right on the beach plenty of pools and hot tubs, a great spot to stay with your kids
