Do not expect what you see on the property pictures, lobby service is very nice no complaints about that, but rooms not nice I booked suit which was super small kind of hallway, long and narrow and very dark, not so clean, and looks old for sure overpriced. Elevator terrible experience going up or down takes forever. I booked this „resort suite” few weeks ago after reading reviews which described this place as nice, clean and renovated property and I was unpleasantly surprised by what our vacation spot looks like in reality.... read more

I cant comment on rooms and service because we booked through a third party and don't use the front desk at all. But it's a beautiful resort.

I was very disappointed in this place as outlined below. This was a family trip, we thought we were staying at a 4 star resort and it was more like a 2 star. The location is terrible. Only good thing about it was the Starbucks on site and great beach access. We made the best of the trip and didn’t let all the issues take over. Your rooms need massive renovations! Staff and others families we ran into weee friendly.

Mixed Experience – Great Location, But Some Major Drawbacks Arriving at the resort was exciting at first, but I quickly realized the parking situation isn’t ideal—very limited if you’re not driving a compact vehicle. On the positive side, the rooms were spacious, though the bathroom felt a bit cramped. The best part? The beach is literally right off the back deck, which was amazing.
