My husband came here for dizziness. Having a heart attack . The staff Jan and Kate , thank you so much For all you have done. And making me feel reassured in everything you have done for us . Thankyou to the receptionist sorry didn’t get your name . But you’re compassionate was impeccable . Your staff are very caring And no exactly there job and kindness Thank all from the bottom of my heart
This was the best thing for me during my stay in Coral Bay. I had a very sore ear and worried it was my ear drum but the nurse assured me I would be okay with some medication + hydrating myself after a couple of big days snorkelling and being by the beach. 100% recommend if you want the peace of mind while travelling.
I presented with dizziness which was diagnosed as vertigo. The amazing Nurse Katie and Nurse Vayda were beyond amazing. They diagnosed and cared for me with such care and compassion that I relaxed totally, knowing that I could definitely trust them. Nurse Katie made sure I was comfortable. She had such a lovely, gentle way about her that you definitely don’t get at most hospital. She stayed well beyond her finishing time to make sure that all the patients were looked after. I cannot commend Katie and Vayda highly enough.
Both nurses were very professional and experienced. Could not ask for better service. A very big thank you.
Thank you so much to Judy for glueing our son back together after already having had a busy morning of emergencies and when you probably needed a sit down and a cup of tea! Judy did a great job looking after our son after a really nasty gash to the head on the playground. Our son was really stressed out about the amount of blood but Judy didn’t rush the job and he was able to calm down. Knowing he doesn’t like plasters she gave us a special bottle to apply for easy removal and also extra dressing and steri strips so that we ... read more
