"I was on the phone with my brother when he complained that a nurse wasn't properly supporting his legs while moving him to bed. I told him to ask the nurse to wait until I arrived to help. However, when the nurse spoke with me, she was rude and unprofessional, refusing to accommodate my request. The food is terrible. we have to wait 2 hours and sometimes longer for a nurse to provide pain medication that is scheduled, but they never follow it.
I'm currently staying at Aspire Coral Bay due to a procedure on my foot. Everyone is very nice, from the highest rank to lowest very professional, very helpful also a very clean place and I'm very comfortable in my room.im very happy to be here for my recovery.
The staff is a helpful,the therapist r great Nurse very good ,great and helpful food is so so i would recommend to anyone coming to coral bay
