Thank you Coral bay staff for taking great care of my mom!
Visited a friend there were bugs in the room. Termites and water damage walls and furniture. Friend complained about no one there to assist him to use the bathroom. They rather let him go to the bathroom on the bed than assist him. Mold coming through the floors in the bathroom. This is long term damage this did not happen overnight. More money needs to be invested in this place. Where are the state inspections.
I have been dealing with wound in my right leg I've been in two hospital and now I'm here Aspire at Coral Bay. The care and service I have received in the time I have been here has been excellent! The staff here caring and thoughtful! I would like to personally thank; Stephanie, Verna, Rosie, Cindy, Agnatha, Dawn Ashley and my social worker Pam! If I forgot anyone I apologize but the staff here across the board have been excellent! Thank you again for your great care!
