Very happy with our tubular skylight installed in the kitchen almost 2 years ago. Natural light added to where it's mostly needed. Our kitchen became lighter, cozier, and more inviting. We needed to replace our skylight to make it hurricane grade. Honestly there are very few options for south Florida so I was a bit nervous. Jim the owner came and did the measurements and quote. Corad did a wonderful job installing the 14" Sun Tunnel flex tube in my master bathroom. The amount of light is amazing. The job was professional, and they were a pleasure to deal with.
If you are looking for a contractor that is professional and fair priced.Conrad is the best choice. One visit and delivered what they promised. The installer came when they said he would and completed the tear out and installation in one day.
Background: we had the VELUX FRM Skylights with solar shades installed 10 years ago. 7 years ago, we had a metal roof installed and the roofer removed and re-installed them. Ever since then, we’ve had issues with the solar shades; I’ve had to replace the lithium batteries; twice in 1 and once in the other. We found Corad, who installs these as a specialty.
