Please beware of a front desk staff member named Casandra at CORA Physical Therapy in Miami Lakes. Patients come to this facility seeking respect, compassion, and support — unfortunately, that is not what I experienced with her. I had an amazing experience at this clinic! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The front desk personnel, Nicole G, truly stood out — she was friendly, attentive, and made the whole check-in process quick and easy. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed. The clinic itself is clean, efficient, and the staff clearly care about their patients. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent care and outstanding customer service!
From the front desk staff to the physical therapy staff are amazing. They work together in providing a great experience and listen to your concerns and find ways to help you. I felt welcomed and supported by entire team. The physical therapists are knowledgeable, walk you through your treatment plan, and do everything they can to provide the best care for you during and after physical therapy treatment.
