Please choose a different facility to receive care. Kelsey, a PT there made terrible remarks to my brother who suffered a TBI. If this facility doesn’t know how to chose their employees wisely & they allow them to make offensive comments and get away with it I could imagine that you wouldn’t want to be a patient here.
They do three clients/ for each therapist. During your session the therapist is working with three clients at a time. Decent therapist but very overworked do not get individual care.
My mother came here for a while and they all treated her very well here. Everybody was professional and very patience with her, she got much better not too long afterward.
