I was referred for neck and back pain. At the initial visit only my neck was assessed. I never saw a physical therapist for therapy, only assistants who were handling 4-5 patient while a chosen few other patients got one-on-one care. Much time was wasted while the PTAs made the rounds or consulted computes to see what was next. my back pain was never addressed, even when I said that some of the exercises caused my back muscles to spasm.
