Muy buenos profesionales las 3 personas que me atendieron , en el día de hoy 07-07-2025 cancelé la de hoy y todas las pendientes. Por el motivo la tenía programada de varios días para hoy Lunes 07 a las 7am y ayer Domingo me llega un mensaje que es para hoy a las 2 pm. Muy mala la coordinación y programación de las citas. Best place for having your therapy!!!! I want to thanks my therapist Sisi for helping me with my treatment and for being so knowledgeable!!!!! Sisi without your knowledge and support I would not make it. Also Rebeca and Gigi in accommodating my schedules and always being so pleasant. Jenny thank you for your help after coming out of the hospital….Thank you! Sisi I wouldn’t have make it without your help……thank you!!!!!!!! This is the best place to have your treatment done!!!!!
The worst place to have a physical therapy, they are always playing between employees and put not attention at all for the elders, Also, they told you that you cannot have therapy if insurance do no authorize it, but then they let you stay and they bill it to you, which never told you at all.....Please collect a group of affected people in order to complains to get them paid in court to all that has been in this fraud
The entire staff and this facility is great. I'd like to personally thank Ana Cuervo, Ariel Mejia, Barbie Diaz, and Jenny Meruelo. They are awesome! I also can't complain that it's literally a 5 minute car drive from my home. The front desk staff Laiza and Becky are nice and thorough plus they always greet me with a smile. They get me in quickly and efficiently. I walk in with my back killing me and it leave much better than I started after Ana and the rest of the staff get to work with me on my therapy.
