Goated Place, the staff are kind and playful, there is also amazing equipment, and my brother is having the time of his life! Would recommend to anyone for physical therapy
It is aire apparent that this place is in it solely for the $$$ and NOT helping people. They book way too many people at the same time. CROWDED! Just bodies all over the place so the physical therapists are unable to spend time with you they have no interest in actually helping you but rather RUSH you through exercises. Their attitude is no pain no gain..... I have heard people in there crying & complaining and overheard physical therapists talking about clients and not wanting to take certain people. Very understanding, and good therapy professionals taking care of me.
Should not be allowed to work with children. My son was screaming telling the therapist no while crying. She continued. I asked her to stop and was told by another therapist that I need to let them do their job. Absolutely not. You have other ways to work with someone. You don’t cause a child to fear you & therapy. Disgusting behavior!
My son went 3 times a week for two months with zero improvement for what we thought was a hamstring issue. He saw a different therapist each time who seemed to have no knowledge what the previous therapist did the visit before. They seemed rushed and unwilling to listen to his concerns. Finally decided to try a chiropractor, who actually did an X-ray and discovered a bulging disc.
