I highly recommend Cora Physical Therapy at Ponte Vedra Beach. Andrea and Mikala expertly guided me in the rehab of my knee from a tennis injury and I was soon able to get back on the courts and more importantly, avoid meniscus surgery. They knew the exact exercises I needed to strengthen the muscles that support knee stability and once reached, focused on exercises that mirrored the kind of advanced movement used in tennis matches. Andrea is the best
I recently had a hip replacement and went to this CORA location for PT. The therapists there are so friendly and they really know how to help with the right exercises to get patients back in good form. It is exactly 1 month since surgery and I feel great. I would highly recommend CORA in Ponte Vedra for anyone needing PT.
Initially impressed by Andrea, but the following 8–9 sessions were disappointing. I developed bicep pain after a needling session, which I hadn’t had before. There was no treatment continuity—different therapists each time, including an inexperienced one. Also, professionals were attending multiple patients at once, which affected the quality of care.
