The physical therapy was good, but the billing is an issue. They had me bring my daughter twice a week for a month. I paid the copay of $25.00 every time. We'll after thr month my daughter starts getting calls for $50.00 saying we didn't pay for two sessions which is not true. I have the receipts. I called the main number to see why she was being chatted when I paid. I was told it was a billing issue and it does show we paid for the days in question. these people just rescheduled my appointment for a whole hour later WITHOUT my consent, my appointment was set up 2 weeks ago, I called last week to have them see me a day before my appointment, they told me they were booked, 24 hrs before my appointment they sent an email confirming my appointment for a later time as if I didn’t work, as if I don’t have my day planned, as if I were to show up a whole hr later we all know the doctor wouldn’t see me!
