The staff there are fabulous folks! They actually pay attention to you and your issues. Very patient with you
I love them all they are they very cain and helpful
Therapist were great. The front staff and company, not so much. I handed front staff both insurances and still I got a bill. I called the company and gave them both insurances over the phone, and still I got a bill. I called my second insurance and they said that Cora never sent them anything. Cora slacking in common sense, don’t pay any bill they send you, call your insurance and make sure if you have to pay.
Cons: You might catch an infection or disease here, as they don't clean the machines! Not once have I seen the staff clean any machine! As a matter of fact, there is not one botte of disinfectant spray liquid around the place! I have been to many physical therapy offices, including Cora's Skylake office and every physical therapy place I have gone to sprays the equipment after each use. From the first visit and evaluation I was certain that I was at the right place. Special thanks to Nicole and Alexandra. They were very caring and I owe them my improvement.Nicole recommended a home exercise program so that I could continue my recovery. Highly recomend this location. Thanks !
