I absolutely love this facility. I’ve been here numerous times for different recoveries. Front desk staff (Angel & Mae) are very friendly & kind but very professional at the same time. Avery (my therapist) is the greatest. Takes time to talk to you & get to know what’s going on exactly. Then comes up w/a plan for your recovery & discusses it with you. Absolutely the Worst experience with P/T I’ve ever had. Can not believe the high reviews. Beware, this place treats you like a number not a patient. Started with a “tele-conference” for my first appointment. I have back and hip pain for 4 months at this point. How you can tell anything thru a phone camera is beyond me but they did. Contacted my insurance and billed them over $369 dollars for the 10 minute call. Then sent me to the New Smyrna Beach office for P/T. Went to see ne session and it was a joke. I barely had enough gas to get there and when I talked on the phone saying I was close to there and they said ok I kept going . I got there and they refused to honor my appointment. Then front desk wanted to talk about some other issue without even addressing the situation. The therapists are great but front desk person needs better customer service .
This company consistenly overbooks its therapists. The therapists themselves are friendly and competent... as long as you don't mind not actually getting the full hour of therapy you paid for. My first appointment was the evaluation, which to their credit they did not overbook. On my second appointment, I was left standing around after I completed each exercise, waiting for the therapist to finish with one of their other clients before they could show me the next one. Very caring and competent PT site. Avery was superb clinically and came up with new exercises for me. Strongly recommend.
