Disappointed in this place. First, they see multiple patients at once. All they do is have you do stretches and some basic strength training exercises. But they don't even watch you do it to ensure the form is correct as they just provide orders to everyone. They were too busy watching the Masters Game (they put a TV in the back) instead of helping patients. Then, they didn't even provide what the co-pay would be until the middle of the second visit. Mgr Steve bogus promises, then quick to find way to bill your insurance company BUT poor communicator and lacks followup. Others confirm they triple bill for 3 clients being handled simultaneously by one therapist. VERY DISAPPOINTING
