Their staff was very attentive.especially STEPHANIE.she was a great person and was a great help in my process.
Great staff and got me back from both of my injuries.
So far, so good. I have been shown a few stretches and exercises to help my ankle. The staff are helpful and very courteous.

ZERO STARS! Called and spoke to Earline Warren at the Holiday, FL location on 4/2 and told her I had a referral for PT. She asked me to email my insurance card and referral to her, which I did. She responded to my email within 2 hours and said she had sent request to my PCP and she would call tomorrow for appointment. She didn't call. 2 weeks went by and despite multiple emails on the same email chain I sent her documents and she responded to, she has not called or replied.
