I had a great experience with CORA. I had an easy time scheduling, the admin team were all quite helpful and responsive, they had early morning appointment times, and overall I made great progress towards my physical goals. I worked primarily with Cassaundra, and I felt as though she listened to me, was able to explain things to me in a way I understood, and gave me homework exercises that both felt achievable for me and helped me to attain my goals. I am very thankful to CORA and Cassaundra for helping me.
