Went to Cora for PT on my neck and the treament were great. However, the billing dept. left a lot to be desired. Don't pay copays in cash....they screw up and don't credit you! After I payed all of my copays, I'm still getting bills in the mail. After I called them the second time about this, and they verified all my payments were up to date, I was told to call their customer service to straighten it out! So much for good customer service!!
I would like to thank the entire staff of physical therapy professionals at CORA Physical Therapy in Clermont, Florida. This was my second time being a patient at this facility and each time I received the best health care possible from a very knowledgeable staff. This staff has enabled me to recover from a lower back, and a triceps injury. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking physical help. All of the technicians were very friendly and caring to their patients. This is an outstanding facility.
