Corporate Management stepped in and apologized for the unfortunate incident that occurred , while my husband was receiving therapy. We are grateful for that.
There are many good reviews about their therapy skills and maybe very well earned, but the staff at the Cranes crossroads location, are nothing more than gangsters and ready to fight if they cant control everyone and their movements that comes into the facility. My husband and I had the worst traumatic experience before the thanksgiving holiday . A full on tag team verbal assault from management and receptionist against me in front of my husband who was a patient( we cancelled any further appointments) and me a guest who ... read more
