My appointment was great and informative. However, they did not submit my insurance authorization for many days after my first appointment, causing me to miss over a week of therapy. I am post-op and have been told that these weeks are crucial for my recovery. Edit: They have replied to my review and actually NEVER processed my insurance and NEVER contacted me back! I went to Excelerate PT and they have been great! I would recommend not giving Cora your business.

Had knee replacement on January 17, started therapy with Lane on January 20. Went to the Masters Practice rounds on April 4 with a cane. Having my second surgery on July 25, will go back to rehab after that with them.
I have to say I had my doubts, but all the tools I needed to recover as well as proper direction in which to use them were all present. I'm eternally grateful for the service they provided and the peace of mind I now have knowing I'll be able to function again.
