Terrible experience with this place , I had to wait almost two weeks to get a telahealth appt and then I couldn't get my camera and mike to work so we could do a video call and they wouldn't do just a regular call. very disappointed. When you're in. Pain and hoping someone can help they make it very difficult for you to make an appointment.
THEY TRIED TO RIP OFF THE MEDICAL INSURANCE BY WANTING TO GET PAID FOR THREE EVALUATIONS WITHOUT GETTING ANY KIND OF THERAPY AT ALL..I WENT THERE ONE TIME FOR A FIVE MINUTE EVALUATION.
Horrible receptionist named Helen who is vindictive and willing to compromise patients well being and recovery if she decides she doesnt personally like you, and an incompetent Physical Therapist named Duaney who fails to double check his work when discharging a patient which led to my permanent denial of insurance. I have proof of all of their negligence and this should be illegal, at the very least removed from their positions so this doesn't happen to anyone else. I've recently had a full Hip Replacement Surgery and was referred to Cora PT -West Ocala and am very thankful FOR THEM and TO THEM! Highly Recommend - All the PT have been amazing in helping me recover to Not have surgery. So glad to be going & getting stronger. Also, the receptionist ladies are my favorite in all my appointments in & around the Ocala area, always warms greetings & smiles! It is so appreciated!!!
