There are many good reviews about their therapy skills and maybe very well earned, but the staff at the Cranes crossroads location, are nothing more than gangsters and ready to fight if they cant control everyone and their movements that comes into the facility. Went to Cora for PT on my neck and the treament were great. However, the billing dept. left a lot to be desired. Don't pay copays in cash....they screw up and don't credit you! After I payed all of my copays, I'm still getting bills in the mail. After I called them the second time about this, and they verified all my payments were up to date, I was told to call their customer service to straighten it out! So much for good customer service!!

One od the best of not the best physical therapy facility. The winter Haven office was really good. I've been to other facilities and they are far more attentive to your needs. They even gave me some additional service not included that really help my physical needs. The staff was very friendly and professional. Veterans Beware ! Cora physical Therapy will falsify your report that is turned into the V.A. It doesn't matter how bad your condition is , they will can make them sound like miracle workers. I was in more pain after Cora. Find a place that isn't just out for themselves.

I will recommend CORA Physical Therapy to any person looking into Physical Therapy over surgery. With the severity of my injuries, one did require surgery. I was scared and somewhat depressed but, CORAs Staff Members; I can't thank enough. Kristi Link (you are amazing) has gone above and beyond to help me understand my injuries and how the physical therapy plan she has specifically for me will help. The physical therapy staff is wonderful; however, I have major billing issues and the billing department is slow and very rude. I have been trying to get a billing issue resolved for three months which has prevented me from getting the additional care I need. My husband is retired military and it is disgraceful how they have treated me over the past three months. The billing supervisor did not return my calls and the billing representatives are tired of me calling and do nothing to improve or resolve my situation.

HELLO, EVERYONE THERE MAKES ME FEEL LIKE THEY GENERALLY CARE IF I GET BETTER AND THEY TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR JOB, THEY KNOW WHAT AND HOW TO TREAT YOUR INJURY NO MATTER WHAT TYPE OF INJURY IT IS, MATT, TIFFANY, LEE, THE NEW PHYSICAL THERAPIST AND THE NEW RECPTIONIST, FORGIVE ME FOR NOT REMEMBERING THEIR NAMES BUT THEY ALL MAKE EVERYONE FEEL WELCOMED YOU CAN NEVER TELL IF THEY HAVE A BAD DAY I WOULD RECOMMEND CORA PHYSICAL THERAPY TEMPLE TERRACE TO EVERYONE . the front staff was friendly. My wife had several therapists who were not experienced and had not graduated, working on my wife with ankle replacement. would never come back. they tried billing me more than was approved.
