One od the best of not the best physical therapy facility. The winter Haven office was really good. I've been to other facilities and they are far more attentive to your needs. They even gave me some additional service not included that really help my physical needs. The staff was very friendly and professional. my wife had different inexperienced therapist work on my wife who was not graduated yet, she had a different therapist working with her, and they tried to bill me more than they should. very poor therapy on 103 rd st. these therapists come n go out of this place. front desk people are great
