Awesome MD. No longer at Kaiser and so missed.
I had Dr Ludwig as a PCP and she's an absolute angel. She listens to what you need and what you do NOT want. She has always been kind, sympathetic and a great listener. Dr Ludwig goes above and beyond, I've never felt rushed or unheard. It's to bad Kaiser lost her. I'll be changing insurance because of it.
I was a patient of Dr Ludwig's several years ago. When I had continued back pain and requested a MRI because nothing was helping. She became angry, and was very unprofessional. Another time when I saw her for a sore throat, she told me to gargle with saltwater and didn't even look at my throat. Needless to say I changed PCP's and am getting great care now.
