My son and I come here 1-2 times a month. Staff recognize us and are always friendly. Experience today was a bit disappointing though but of no fault to the serving staff. The restaurant changed the potato recipe and they are now these tiny cubes under-roasted potatoes instead of the double fried wedges they used to serve. The potato portion was half of what it used to be. The pancake in my child’s meal was also half the size it used to be. My son loves it here but I just wish they had more vegan options.
I went to this location today with my 7-year-old to treat her to breakfast, and it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The server was disengaged from the start. When I asked if the toast could be lightly done, she said their machine can’t do that and added, “no one ever complains about overtime-toasted toast.” Extremely unprofessional.
