Barely any options for a healthy alternative. They don't have egg whites. They have to cut the egg white off of a normal egg. They have options for sweet potato, but it is mixed with regular potato. Originally didn't understand why, until I got it. Not the best sweet potato. Asked for dry rye toast, but got butter on it, which was an easy fix.
