I know they’re trying their best, but 3 times I’ve ordered takeout-one being for a friend and the other 2 being with my spouse and all 3 times has been disappointing. From forgetting simple things, to the food being completely turned upside down in the bag it’s been a mess. I also got food poisoning from undercooked blueberry pancakes which ruined a long weekend. Absolutely loved our breakfast here! The food was delicious, fresh, and came out quickly—exactly what you want to start the day right. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, but what really made the experience special was our waitress, Debbie. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and had such a warm personality that made us feel right at home. Thank you, Debbie, for the amazing service! We’ll definitely be coming back.
I ordered myself some eggs Benedict and a waffle after a 12 hour night shift and ended up having to wait 20 minutes for my food to be done after my scheduled pick up time. Got home and there was no poached eggs in the bag... So disappointing.
I read a few reviews and it seems I should go to the Bedford location. I stopped into the lacewood Cora’s and it was awful. The coffee was warm my milk was just as warm as the coffee and the potatoes were not cooked and the toast was hard and the service was not very good. I asked for a coffee top up and it didn’t happen. I will not be going back there. The restaurant itself looks very dated.
