We waited over an hour and a half for food which then arrived cold. The pancakes were burnt. Asked the waitress for another chocolate milk twice before we finally got it. Service was poor and not sure why it took them an hour and a half to serve us cold food. So disappointed. Edit: I reached out as requested over a week ago, and also followed up with another email. I have been completely ignored. They are not doing anything to “make it right”.

Waited 15 mins before our server even came over to ask for drinks. We saw our drinks made and the server didn’t bring them over until I asked and we heard her try and blame the kitchen staff for it. It took another 35 minutes before our food came out and it wasn’t hot.
