I waited over an hour for my breakfast, only to find out that they had completely lost my order. When I asked the server what was going on, she casually told me they lost the sheet and hadn’t even started making my food yet. No apology, no sense of urgency, nothing. At that point, I had to just get up and leave—I’m not about to wait another hour for my food. Completely unprofessional and disorganized.
More staff needed. Servers are swamped and not enough for the size of this restaurant.
