We visited for breakfast and ended up waiting over an hour for our food. The staff were polite and apologized, but the wait was quite long. Hopefully, service can be a bit faster in the future.”
Terrible experience. I didn’t want to share this experience and affect their business as we go there all the time and it is our neighborhood breakfast place. We are a regular there. But today, what happened and how the server handled it was absolutely disgusting and terrible customer service. The hygiene was concerning and I would give it 0 star if I could. I ordered takeout today and the service was quite good, probably the best I had in a while. However, my husband had diarrhea right after finishing the food. Note that we didn’t eat anything before this for today. I started to have diarrhea in a few hours too. To make things worse, I’m currently breastfeeding and my three-month-old started to have diarrhea at night. Any parent knows how it feels seeing your new-born suffering. It is heartbreaking.
