My family and I were visiting Montreal from Mexico and were excited to try this Canadian restaurant. Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with the service during lunch on October 8. Our server brought us water and then disappeared. Another server took our order, but we watched other tables arrive, eat, and leave while we were still waiting for our food. Updated review.. The service and food remain as good as usual and they have added new items to the menu.. and they are always very nice to talk and help you if needed, all the staff is very enthusiastic and helpful.. the place gets crowded at certain points, but is normal due to the good food.. giving 5 stars as they really are doing their best to thrive! Cheap, lazy, and terrible value. Over 35$ after tax and tips. For a single sad, very flat, very empty sandwich. It comes in a wrap not bread which is not expected when you order "panini sandwich". Comes with one tiny cup of potatoes, has to be 1/3rd of a potato here at most. Nothing extra, no coffee, no garnishes. Sandwich taste, mid. It is mostly wrap bread. Mustard on one side of the sandwich not the other. For $29.75 +tax and tips. The value here is missing completely.
