Is the owner new? Service is slow. Quality is not the same as before
The service was unbelievably slow, almost 45 minutes of waiting. Our order was incomplete (missing a slice of white bread), and to make it worse, we clearly saw other customers being served before us even though they arrived after us. There were not even enough napkins available. Portions are ridiculously small for the price. We didn't enjoy wasting our time and money on an experience like this. The service was extremely slow (more than 40 minutes and the place wasn't crowded), my dish wasn't warm enough, and my crepe batter was chewy like bubble gum. I ordered a pizza, and it wasn't cut; the waitress didn't even ask if I wanted it cut. The portion size is very small for the price and the wait time. Denny's is much better.
