Worst plumber ever. The guy who did the job harassed my fiance so badly I finally told him to leave her alone and deal exclusively with me. He threatened to put a lien on her house and raise the bill 10% a day until paid; as if he's got the power or any right to do that. He never once made it clear he expected to be paid instantly; and his invoice listed a payment due date 1 month after completion! His report for the homeowners insurance was a joke. I had been communicating with them to get the water back flow inspection completed for about 3 weeks. Since a date had been agreed upon I expected the testing to be done. I checked in with the plumber via text message the next day and then emailed a few days later and did not get a response for over a week. Well guess what?
