I worked with Teresa on my different injuries, which make more confident playing soccer, understand my weaknesses and how to over come them. I really recommend it!

I went to CWC for physiotherapy on neck issues I was having. Teresa, my physiotherapist was great to work with! She is very knowledgeable and provided detailed explanations on my exercises and benefits of each. At the end of my treatment program, she also provided valuable information on how I can continue at home to strengthen. No hesitation in recommending Teresa and CWC for physiotherapy!
I really looked forward to every session because Teresa is so kind and patient. She was able to answer any questions and concerns I had, all while making fitness and recovery feel accessible for me. I feel like I learned a lot in the time I met with her and she gave me all the tools I need to continue on with my fitness journey.
