I can’t say enough good things about Teresa. When I first came in, I wasn’t sure how long it would take to get back to my regular sports routine. Teresa created a clear, personalized plan, and every session made noticeable progress. She’s extremely knowledgeable, caring, and motivating. Great experience so far with CWC. I am working with physiotherapist Teresa Wu on post surgery recovery. Teresa is knowledgeable, accommodating, communicative and friendly. I immediately felt comfortable and supportive from the first session with her. The front desk is very welcoming and friendly. The gym is very clean, organized and balanced for weightlifting, classes, 1:1 personal training and so much more.
