I enjoy stopping buy this location for quick service and great products. The staff could acknowledge/greet customers as they come in. A little customer service would go a long way.
They’ve always done a good job with the printing, but man do I wish there were better communication. Job #1 - Four days after I submitted an order request, I emailed to see if I missed a confirmation call/email. Automatic reply says to allow two days for order fulfillment. Store immediately replies back and says they “don’t do confirmations” but rather, start working on orders as they receive them, and that my order was ready to be picked up. If I could give them a zero I would. My husband and I took some baby shower invites to be printed. They said it would take some time. My husband has gone back over the past 48 hours and they still haven’t been printed. The first time he asked they said to check back at noon today. He went and checked they then said they would call. They never called. I am a little sad because the first time we used them they were so prompt. It looks like copy works needs a lesson in customer service cause they really suck at it…
