I had a disappointing customer service experience during a recent visit. I stopped in for a very simple print job, and the employee assisting me seemed irritated and unwelcoming from the beginning of the interaction. Overall, I had a good experience at CopyWorks. The quality of the copies was great, the pricing was fair, and I left with exactly what I needed. The only reason I’m not leaving five stars is because of the customer service I received from one employee. She was wearing a gray sweatshirt and had a nose piercing. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I went in today to just have a document printed out. Upon walking in the door, there was only one other customer at the counter looking as if he had already been helped, or was waiting to be helped, so I stood behind him to wait for service. I saw 3 or 4 employees walking around the store, and not one time was I asked if I needed help.
