Went to this location to have them print our labels for wedding invites on our Canva envelopes and they lied saying their location didn't have the ability. They then told us to go to Cedar Rapids could, but CR said that the Coralville location did have the ability but wouldn't do it today. We didn't see any desire in either employees eyes to even think to attempt to help us. Disappointing, because we've used Copyworks for years and never had this issue.
I have always been pleased with the product and the helpfulness of the staff. Last week I brought in a file for a family calendar I make every year. Brent did an outstanding job helping me with getting 6 copies of this done quickly so I could distribute the copies in Des Moines the next day. He helped me with the file that was on a corrupted flash drive and was very helpful in resolving this issue.
