I have always been pleased with the product and the helpfulness of the staff. Last week I brought in a file for a family calendar I make every year. Brent did an outstanding job helping me with getting 6 copies of this done quickly so I could distribute the copies in Des Moines the next day. He helped me with the file that was on a corrupted flash drive and was very helpful in resolving this issue. ASAP does not mean ASAP to them. Definitely put in a due date. Quality printing.
Pros- great quality product Cons- communication I emailed for a quote and got a prompt reply at first although I miss understood the wording and ended up paying DOUBLE of what I expected to. Also never got a confirmation that my order was accepted and also no communication when it was completed. I had to call both times. Great product and would recommend using them but be sure to double check pricing before ordering!

I had a last minute order and they came through for a 7 year olds coloring books for his birthday! So appreciate Lance and the team for getting this done and saving this mom!
