If I could give them a zero I would. My husband and I took some baby shower invites to be printed. They said it would take some time. My husband has gone back over the past 48 hours and they still haven’t been printed. The first time he asked they said to check back at noon today. He went and checked they then said they would call. They never called. I am a little sad because the first time we used them they were so prompt. It looks like copy works needs a lesson in customer service cause they really suck at it…

The day before our wedding, I realized I’d put off printing the seating name tags but Copyworks came through. I sent over the list, and they not only printed and cut them to size, but also folded them perfectly. 10/10 would use again.

Went to this location to have them print our labels for wedding invites on our Canva envelopes and they lied saying their location didn't have the ability. They then told us to go to Cedar Rapids could, but CR said that the Coralville location did have the ability but wouldn't do it today. We didn't see any desire in either employees eyes to even think to attempt to help us. Disappointing, because we've used Copyworks for years and never had this issue.
