The two ladies do a good job but the Manager has issues with customer relations. He does not understand once a price is set in his absence and the customer has accepted he cannot come later change the prices and dominate the payments. However good they are good at working interactions with customers must be a main key. I have seen the business deteriorate because it lacks great public relationship and especially the current manager.
