Friendly & prompt service! I'm very pleased with my experiences at Copymat. I've gone there repeatedly for both class packets and personal copies. They are always cheerful when I call or come in and get my copies done promptly. It does get mobbed during the beginning of each semester, when all the students are scrambling to get their course packs, but that only seems to last for the first week or two.
Copymat Services - terrible customer service, rude employee I called the Copymat and tried to ask a question about the content of a course reader I wanted to buy. The employee who answered was extremely rude, wouldn't answer the question, and basically hung up on me. Terrible experience - won't go back there unless I am absolutely forced to.
Diverse services, high prices Copymat is necessary for many Purdue students to get their class notes. They also have many other services, printing, binding, copies, faxes. Faxes are very expensive thought. $2 for the first page and $1 for ea. additional. Almost rediculous.
