I used to buy all of my ink cartridges and copy supplies from this business but it has just gone bad. Poor service, poor customer relations, a lousy location, a filthy, cluttered and unorganized place of business and unfriendly employees. I recently got cheated on some defective cartridges with this business and in trying to find a settlement with them, they took no responsibility on the matter in which I lost \$300.00 and they told me that they thought that this was fair.
