When I rent a textbook from a bona fide partner of CSUF, I expect the book to be the right one used for the class. Well, it wasn't. Copyco rented me the WRONG book for a class I was taking, so I had to buy the book at the CSUF bookstore, which is fine. But, when I took the wrong book back to Copyco to get my refund because it was not the right book, they won't give me my money back! Granted, it's their mistake cause they rented me the wrong book. I used make copies here all the time until recently. I went over there with a dollar to make a few copies. My card had a total of $1.06. I made 10 copies at for 70 cents. Now I'm at .36 cents and make 5 more copies. The copier jammed and the card reading machine left me at .08 cents. I was immediately helped by one of the owners. He fixed the jam but I asked for my money back. He said that the machine doesn't take off the money in times of a jam, but it obviously did.
