Copy cat has serviced our gas fireplaces for years so when we needed a new hot tub we contacted them. Great experience beginning to complete install. Had Dan out to inspect and clean my chimney and woodstove pipe. He was also able to replace my chimney cap that had blown off and broke late winter. Dan was wonderful. Cheery and knowledgeable. Dan went above and beyond on service. I really enjoyed the cleaning/maintenance and am happy to have a clean report. Top notch.
