We purchased a new home in October 2025 and knew one of the first things we were going to add was a Hot Spring Hot Tub after not having one for 20 years. We looked them up online and had an idea of what we wanted. We went to Copycat and they had the exact one we wanted on the floor. Customer service was outstanding as well as delivery and setup. We have been using it for months, especially on the below zero days. It’s a great quality tub with so many features. Thank you Copycat.
Bill and Jess are simply the best. We had an issue they got everything fixed on the coldest part of the year. I can’t tell you how if feels to have them when you need them

I had chimney installed by Copycat, did a great job. And when I had an issue with connecting the stove they spent the extra time to help me resolve the issue. Very pleased with the great communication I received here, that was lacking at other companies in the area. Would recommend to anyone.
