Great place great people. The staff has been extremely helpful and always ALWAYS kind. Great energy. Great products. I highly recommend this business for any fire place wood stove hot tub or sauna needs.
Copycat Hearth and Homes converted my plain wood burning fireplace into a spectacular gas fireplace, all in the course of 2 1/2 days. From my initial visit to their showroom and consultation with Shoua, to the finished product, I was completely satisfied. Bill came to the house to assess and advise. We purchased a new home in October 2025 and knew one of the first things we were going to add was a Hot Spring Hot Tub after not having one for 20 years. We looked them up online and had an idea of what we wanted. We went to Copycat and they had the exact one we wanted on the floor. Customer service was outstanding as well as delivery and setup. We have been using it for months, especially on the below zero days. It’s a great quality tub with so many features. Thank you Copycat.
Bill and Jess are simply the best. We had an issue they got everything fixed on the coldest part of the year. I can’t tell you how if feels to have them when you need them
