great folks to work with. Very agreeable help.
We (Kepner Scott Shoe Company in Orwigsburg) purchased our second copier for our business from Copycat. The first one lasted 16 years! We had great service on that machine so we went back for a new one. John installed it for us...what should have been a quick installation took a few extra hours! He made sure we fully understood how the copier/printer worked before he left. John did a great job for our company! Thank you!
Went in for copies. Woman working was so rude. Unfriendly greeting. Unaccommodating for small businesses. $25 minimum for credit card use is a bit excessive.
