I came here a couple times , the service and communication is not good , very rude , I stopped there again today this Wednesday at 10 : 48 am it was closed the sign at door and here on google is saying open 10:30 but it was closed ….. I hate when I have to go there a couple times trying to do the same thing there is always something the lady says that she’s doing something else that takes her 20 minutes it’s look like it takes her all day ….
How does this place offer shipping services and refuse to allow people to drop of UPS packages there that already have labels? I understand that you do not or cannot scan QR codes to print UPS labels, but you've stopped working with UPS so Orange County citizens cannot simply drop off packages there altogether? Was told that in order to ship a UPS package that has a prepaid label I must drive around town and "track" down a UPS driver and hand it to them? I'd love to learn how this place stays in business, especially in the T... read more
