How does this place offer shipping services and refuse to allow people to drop of UPS packages there that already have labels? I understand that you do not or cannot scan QR codes to print UPS labels, but you've stopped working with UPS so Orange County citizens cannot simply drop off packages there altogether? Was told that in order to ship a UPS package that has a prepaid label I must drive around town and "track" down a UPS driver and hand it to them? Great communication and fast service.
This is literally the worst place I have ever been to. I swear I never leave reviews but I had to leave one for this place. I don't know much about how the lamination process goes because I just became a teacher and never used a store like this before. So I walk in to ask some questions of how the process goes and to get some posters laminated and she just snapped and said she was doing me a favor by trying to get the posters done for me.
