Have used them for many, many years for office supplies and printing. I have been at my current office for 15 years and I used Copy Shop at previous employers since the 80's. It used to be Oxford Office Supplies. The last few times I have tried to order printing, no one answers the phone or responds to voicemail. It is rare to get a response from an email. I can't ever get them on the phone. Very dissatisfied with the service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
