Dropped off a fedex package to them on the 7th of February. Signed in and everything. Five days later never shows was checked in. So I call to check on it and talk to a guy named Dave who is very rude. I ask him to check the surveillance cameras he takes my info and calls back two hours later to tell me the owner is gone till the end of the month. There’s nothing he can do and hung up on me. The employees are amazing and efficient workers! The owner however was yelling at his employees in front of clients and being obnoxious! He even made one of his employees cry for no reason! Very disappointed in the owner and the way he treats his employees! 5 star review for the employees & ZERO stars for the owner!!
Everyday I come in and Kathy always comes in clutch. I remember coming in and needing a project done that I had been tampering with the whole night before. But she completely the prints and formate in just 30 mins. I was amazed! And wouldn't recommend anyone other than Kathy at Copy Services!! Thank you for your great Costumers Service Kathy!
