Dahill and DOCUmation has proved to be superior not only with customer service, but a greater value for a leased copier. The leased copier from Copy Products was replaced several times because it could not eventually be repaired. Also, be aware of the overage count as I received an invoice for overages that are estimated and not actual. Though, if you call and ask how they received that meter number - without hesitation they will response with "you sent it".
