They must be asking friends to leave nice reviews to offset the real ones. One of the most unhappy grumpy women I’ve ever encountered working at the place. I arrived at 8:30 when they opened to print like 12 pages. That’s it. It’s a very simple easy jump. Press print. Charge the person. Something happened with ownership or management at this store and unfortunately it’s went from totally customer friendly to laughable 😢! There use to be a super friendly gentleman with longer hair that was as friendly and helpful of a customer service person as you could find these days but he no longer works there and the people now are just not “WANTING” you to come in. Business listed opening hours of 8:30am. I went in to drop off a couple pre labeled packages and the door was locked. I saw staff and knocked. Unsure if she heard the knock at first, but came to open the door. I apologized right off the bat, "sorry, I tried to open the door but it was locked." Condescendingly, she said, "because we're not open.". I asked where I can place the packages, she pointed out a spot. Then I stood there, unsure if she needed to scan them in.
