Terrible customer service, I had an appointment from 3-3:30pm to get finger prints done, I showed up 25min early… they made me wait outside in the hallway… then found out my DOB was off on my application, I was able to correct it within 5min calling directly with CO fingerprints. The next available appointment in the system wasn’t until the next day. They said it would be up to Copy plus if they would accept to fingerprint me that day since I already had an appointment and was still well within my scheduled time. I let Copy ... read more
Got here at 5:29 at the door today and saw me but they just ignored me.
I have recently been using Copy Plus for my Amazon orders. The employees I've encountered were pleasant and efficient. They had me in and out in under 5 minutes.
Great place! Very nice front desk person. Not sure why people are complaining about pricing. cant ship anything for cheap from ups or fedex either. Great alternative to the post office. will be going back!
