I've utilized various services over the past 8 or so years at this business: copying, faxing, notary, packing and shipping. They've been professional, friendly and efficient.
I went in today to get a document notarized and the lady was curt, and rude. When I told her that her attitude towards me could be kinder she did a little laugh and then her husband came out and said "How nice do you want her to be?" I said "Look it matters how you address your customers"'they did another little laugh and I told them "No big deal, I can go somewhere else to get this notarized."
