A really great neighborhood place. They’re actually friendly, very fast service (even when crowded), and reasonably priced. Better than Staples- in every way! I highly recommend

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The person at the front desk was extremely dismissive while I was speaking and showed no level of professionalism or basic customer service. The interaction felt rude and unwelcoming. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend doing business here. I hope management addresses these customer service concerns.

DO NOT GO HERE! The first time that I came here the man working was so rude. I let it go, assuming that the reason that he was on his phone/rude to customers the entire time, was that something was personally and extremely difficult for him that day. Yesterday, I came in and the experience was, again, truly terrible. I waited inline- and witnessed the employees (one of which was apparently a manger) treat the lovely woman in front of me horribly. Impersonal service. It’s definitely not a “warm and welcoming” environment. Good quality copies. They DO NOT have notary public service although it’s advertised that they do.
