Good service. Nice staff. I recently had some work done and i had some confusion with staff about my order and Mr. derrick took care everything nicely. They always taken care their customer with an exceptional price.
I will never step foot in this place again. The manager was very rude. He was talking with another customer about poor customer service yet he was not taking care of me. When I asked if he could simply check me out with my order sitting on the desk. He said no, and asked me to never come to his business again. No problem, neither I nor my friends will do business there.
Copy Cow always provides excellent service. I like to have the notes from my classes bound together so I can easily organize them and keep them stored for future reference. Copy cow provides several high quality binding options for very reasonable prices. One of my classes provides online modules instead of requiring textbooks. Copy Cow has always done great work for me loved them
Of the print shops in Starkville, I prefer Copy Cow hands down. Although not the cheapest in town I am of the belief you get what you pay for and I prefer to pay more for better service and getting things done right the first time. They customer service could be better, but overall I am a fan.

I have rarely had worse customer service than at the Copy Cow. They were sure quick to get my print job completed, but when I pointed out an error, they were quick to try to place the blame on me. I worked on designing this piece for hours until it was perfect, and they had the nerve to blame my design for an off-center copy? Eventually they came to realize it was their machine, but only offered me 20% off the cost of redoing it.
