The person that served me was unpleasant and rude. I will make the drive to Staples from now on.
I came to have a label printed and drop off for shipping. There was a problem with my pdf. They very easily could have said “sorry” and dismissed me. But they went above and beyond to figure out how to get the label printed. And then didn’t charge me. Great service, sweet ladies.
Phone etiquette is struggling. Snippy and impatient. Everyone has places to be, however, kindness goes a long way. Please be kind!
The kindest people ever! Always so helpful and great customer service. The only place to go for copying, faxing and other print related jobs. Can't say enough good things.
