Best customer service I have had in a while.
They are unequipped to scan a QR code for a return, and their hours are incredibly inconvenient, closed for an hour at lunch when the rest of the employed community would be able to frequent the business. It very much feels like they are operating on a 20+ year old business model.
Had our engagement watches engraved here. I would highly recommend these people. Very professional and did an excellent job!
The service person was friendly, but said she was alone and hadn't had a chance to work on any projects yet. She was uncertain if she could get it done by the end of the day. My project was small and one item she thought she couldn't do...11x17 laminated copy. I went down the street to Office Depot and they did my project in about 30min!
