These guys are awesome to work with! In spite of my regular chaos and last-minute panic I bring to the party, they're always on top of things and so very, very patient and helpful!
Best customer service I have had in a while.
They are unequipped to scan a QR code for a return, and their hours are incredibly inconvenient, closed for an hour at lunch when the rest of the employed community would be able to frequent the business. It very much feels like they are operating on a 20+ year old business model.
Had our engagement watches engraved here. I would highly recommend these people. Very professional and did an excellent job!
