If you want to save money and prolong the life of your copier, fax, or printer, I highly recommend this company. I have used them for years and their customer service and expertise are always excellent. The owner, Vito Suglio, is very passionate about copiers and what he does....and in addition to repairing your machine, he gives you a thorough education. I give my definite 2 thumbs-up to Copy Cat Copier Service!

We have been using Copycat for years at my office! Vito and his staff are always there to answer any questions. We recently had an issue and they were able to offer tech support and get us back going again right away!
Customer service is very unpleasant, technicians are rude. Very over priced. Will NEVER use them again! After my review I was contacted by the company and the were very apologetic. It was handled very professionally. I appreciate their response. Thank you!
Larry is the best. He came right out and fixed our printer problem quickly. The company is always on top of everything.
