I just signed my lease here and I just wanted to say that Chrissy has been so helpful and supportive throughout this whole process. Any questions we had or issues she did her absolute best to help us out in a timely manner. I feel much more at ease knowing we will be in good hands!
We have lived at the Provenza for the past few years and I have to say we loved it. Chrissy in the office is sweet and understanding and cares about the property. Donald and Alfredo , the maintenance guys are top notch. They keep the property looking great. The pool has never looked cleaner. If you are looking for a place come check it out … it’s a great place to live
I've lived at Provenza in three different apartments over the course of 5+ years and I wanted to shout out Donald and Alfredo on the maintenance staff. They are by far the best team that this property has had since I've been here. They're kind, knowledgeable, work quickly, and go above and beyond for any request I've submitted. So thank you both! And thank you to Chrissy, who always makes sure that everything is moving smoothly and is always working with a smile.
Donald and Alfredo are nothing less of AMAZING! I really appreciate them stopping from eating their lunch to help me out with some things I wouldn’t have been able to do myself! Chrissy in the office is so sweet and very understanding! We have loved living here ! They listen to your needs and keep them met at all times !!!
We have lived here for about a year now and this by far is one of my favorite apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in! The amenities from the gym to the pool are nice, as well as the dog park if you have active pups! If we have any problem or question Chrissy at the front office is quick to help resolve it without hesitation. Jamel on the maintenance crew is also a lifesaver when things like our A/C or garbage disposal stop working.
