Chrissy has been amazing!!! She made the move in process so simple. We’ve been in the apartment for a month now and haven’t had and real problems. Maintenance responded quickly after we submitted a work order, haven’t had issues since.
I have been a resident since 2022. The office staff are very kind and help with any issues that arise. The few maintenance issues I’ve had over the years, I think two in total, were handled quickly and without me being there, I trust anyone they employee to be in my apartment at any time. 10/10 recommend! The amenities are quite nice too!
I have been living here 6 months and I absolutely love it! Cannot speak highly enough about the leasing office staff - especially Chrissy! She is so warm, professional, helpful, and makes this place truly feel like a home. Everyone I meet here says the same thing - when we first arrived here we felt a sense of peace. We recently visited The Everlin at Indian Trail Apartments because my daughter is getting married and was looking for a place to live after the wedding. We really liked this apartment community. The grounds are peaceful, well-maintained, and very inviting. We would also like to especially mention the leasing agent who showed us the apartment.
