I’ve had a thoroughly frustrating experience living in these apartments for the past year. The administrative team consistently fails to provide accurate invoices, and there are frequent discrepancies in the billed amounts. On top of that, the treatment I’ve received from the new administration has been very discourteous. I am now desperate for my lease to end so I can move out. I met with Chrissy and she was such a warm and charming person. She welcomed us in a very warm manner and provided us with a complete walk-through about the apartment that we were interested in along with giving us a tour throughout the property. She even gave a lot of options on the little concerns that we had. I recommend all of you to meet with Chrissy as she is has an amazing personality that connects instantly with the person.

I just signed my lease here and I just wanted to say that Chrissy has been so helpful and supportive throughout this whole process. Any questions we had or issues she did her absolute best to help us out in a timely manner. I feel much more at ease knowing we will be in good hands!

We have lived at the Provenza for the past few years and I have to say we loved it. Chrissy in the office is sweet and understanding and cares about the property. Donald and Alfredo , the maintenance guys are top notch. They keep the property looking great. The pool has never looked cleaner. If you are looking for a place come check it out … it’s a great place to live

I've lived at Provenza in three different apartments over the course of 5+ years and I wanted to shout out Donald and Alfredo on the maintenance staff. They are by far the best team that this property has had since I've been here. They're kind, knowledgeable, work quickly, and go above and beyond for any request I've submitted. So thank you both! And thank you to Chrissy, who always makes sure that everything is moving smoothly and is always working with a smile.
