We have lived here for about a year now and this by far is one of my favorite apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in! The amenities from the gym to the pool are nice, as well as the dog park if you have active pups! If we have any problem or question Chrissy at the front office is quick to help resolve it without hesitation. Jamel on the maintenance crew is also a lifesaver when things like our A/C or garbage disposal stop working. I want to write this from the bottom of my heart. If you are a person who likes things done well, or you are a mother, do not move to this condominium. They treat you very badly. If you are Latino and do not know the language, they speak badly of you just by turning their back because they think you do not understand their language and make you feel discriminated against. Provenza has been my home for the last year! Chrissy in the front office is so down to earth and nice. She should be a therapist. Mark and Jamel on the maintenance team are fast and polite! The community garden in the back is just one reason why I love this place. I wish I could thank them more for the memories
Don't have to believe me, but Chrissy and Dillon have treated me better than any housing management staff I've ever had, and I've probably lived at 10+ now. They actually do extra to make sure things are comfortable and convenient for me. I've never felt a complex have more of a community than Provenza either, and I believe it's partly a result of the management. I could hardly Provenza recommend more.
Cannot say enough wonderful things about the PM Dillon. He is kind, attentive, polite, down-to-earth and straight forward. Property wise, the landscaping and curb appeal are gorgeous. Amenities are top notch.
