This community has been such a joy to work with! Kylie and Chrissy are so great in the office. They just recently changed management and have smoothly made it though the transition with professionalism and expertise. Such a stellar group and always available to talk to you and solve your problem. Such a breathe of fresh air!
Great place to live! Well maintained, picturesque landscaping overlooking pool and grill area, updated apartments with plenty of closet space, and one amazing leasing agent (Chrissy)! Chrissy really makes the Everlin feel like home. Honestly, I’ve lived in many apartment complexes, and not feeling heard by the leasing agents has led to a lot wasted time and unnecessary stress. This is not the case at the Everlin’s. Honestly, if you’re looking for a place in Indian Trail, just stop by… this could be your new home.
We moved my aunt here almost three years ago. This complex is outstanding, beautiful and well kept. Chrissy helped with everything in the move in process and has been the only staff member that is still there. There is a reason for that! She is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and just a joy of a person! The service guys are amazing, efficient and very kind. Neighbors are great and very kind to my aunt. It’s a wonderful neighborhood.
After looking at MANY other apartments in the area, I found myself wondering if I would find a place that felt like home. Then I stubbled across The Everlin. The landscape was warm and inviting. Beautiful hydrangeas and butterfly bushes added a special touch! The walking trails are such a gift!!! It give necessary space to two unwind in nature!!!!!!! I just recently moved to a house, but I lived in this community for the past 3 years. I can honestly say it's a beautiful, quiet, clean, and calm community with amazing neighbors. I can also say, it is without a doubt, because of CHRISSY in the front office. If you're interested in living here and Chrissy still works there, do it!
